Business Sponsors receive extra value from online auctions, and that makes it easier to enlist their help. They get great visibility on your auction homepage and in your auction emails; the repeated online impressions have a much greater reach and impact than the traditional printed catalog.

Easy steps to donate an item.

  1. Simply call or email
    The Charity Administrator
  2. Before calling or emailing you will need to provide following details
    Type and a brief description of the item
    including size, approximate value ( if known ) and whether its new or second-hand and in what condition. ( see below for examples of items )
  3. If you item is suitable for auction the item can be delivered either by
    (a)     dropping off the item at charity premises where a staff member will give you the location and suitable times or
    (b) The Charity can arrange for item to be picked-up
    (c) The item can be posted or sent by courier to the charities office
  4. Once the item has been received you will receive
    (a) a confirmation email form from the charity organisation regarding the gift item received
  5. Once your item has been sold you will be issued
    A certificate showing a tax-deductible donation in the final sale amount of the item
